My style is very natural, minimalistic and simple- the photos are full of emotion but don't distract from the main subject- your family and your connection with your baby. my family sessions centre around your little ones- playing rather than posing. I always find that children's smiles and laughter really shine through best in an outdoor shoot and I have several stunning regular locations that I use. My maternity sessions can show off your bump in both the studio and these locations for some dramatic, beautiful portraits. Once your newborn arrives then their session takes place in my studio in Northleach where I concentrate on capturing your tiny baby in a really natural, relaxed way.
Your child is in excellent hands- I am very experienced, trained, insured and a member of BANPAS (Baby and Newborn Photography Association) and the Guild of Professional Photographers. Please browse the website and take a look at my work, testimonials and the collections that I offer.
The Rose Photography Co. was started by Cotswold based photographer Laura Parkin.
Trusted by hundreds of families since 2013 to capture their family milestones in a timeless and artistic way, I am an artistic studio and location, natural light newborn photographer.
Since having my own child, Rose, I understand how important it is to capture those incredible first days of a brand new little person and in doing so in my own style each and every image created for my clients is beautifully organic.

My natural light studio has been designed and renovated for my work with newborns from a ruined Victorian scullery. It is light and airy whilst maintaining a rustic charm and providing a relaxing atmosphere for your photography session.
My studio is hidden away in the beautiful Cotswold town of Northleach. This town is well worth visitng for it's picturesque market square, 12th Century church, mechanical music museum etc... If you are looking for some where to eat after your session there are also several wonderful places to go- The Black Cat Cafe, The Oxhouse and of course the destination inn, the Wheatsheaf.
